The following units are currently available for sale under the oversight of the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development. If you are interested in any of these units, please contact the person listed on each posting directly. The application is now available online at the Mayor’s Office of Housing website for all new BMR units and for most BMR resale units.

There are two types of Below Market Rate units (BMR) available through the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development:  Inclusionary Housing Program BMR Units and units formerly managed by the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, Limited Equity Homeownership Program Units.
