Though the principles of accessibility and universal design are ones which we all seek to promote, the legal and code requirements related to building accessibility into affordable housing developments can be complicated. This lunchtime seminar offers the opportunity to hear from the Mayor's Office on Disability about disability rights and housing policy, the overlapping requirements of federal and state law, and common problems encountered on the jobsite during construction.

Panelists from San Francisco Mayor's Office on Disability:

  • Susan Mizner
  • JohnPaul Scott
  • Jim Whipple
