360 DEGREE FEEDBACK SERVICES REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) is seeking a qualified consulting firm to assist the City and County of San Francisco with coordinating and managing a 360 Degree Feedback process for select MOHCD management staff.
The consulting firm will advise City staff on specifics, but currently the scope of work is expected to include the following elements for approximately 24 managers (may be divided into two cohorts or phases):
- Introduction to 360 Degree Feedback process and steps; opportunity for managers to ask questions
- Provide and set up individualized feedback tools that may continue to be utilized in future feedback cycles
- Organize and facilitate the 360 Degree Feedback process, including providing instructions to selected raters and collecting feedback
- Compile and analyze feedback
- Hold up to three one-on-one meetings between a coach and each rated manager to discuss feedback results and how results may be integrated into performance plan and shared with each manager’s supervisor
- Provide a profile of the team as a whole highlighting collective strengths and opportunities for growth
The not-to-exceed budget for the scope of work outlined above is $60,000. The work should start and complete as soon as possible.

- A description of at least three similar or relevant projects that have been completed in the last five years.
- A list of staff that would work on this project, including their qualifications and relevant experience.
- A proposed fee structure.
- At least three professional references that can verify your firm’s past experience and outcomes.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City and County of San Francisco (the "City"), acting through the Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development ("MOHCD"), is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to solicit proposals from qualified Real Estate Services Companies (the "Selected Property Manager"). In general, the Selected Property Manager as a result of this process will provide rent collection, eviction, inspection, maintenance and repair, tenant move in/out, financial services, and work cooperatively with City staff and consultants to manage the properties referenced below. The Selected Property Manager will manage a number of interim use sites and buildings with existing tenants. The City, in its sole discretion, may elect to have one Selected Property Manager for occupied residential property and a different Selected Property Manager for non-residential property.

SALESFORCE DATA AND DAHLIA DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) is issuing a Request For Proposals (RFP) seeking qualified Proposers to provide Proposals for Salesforce development and data migration support. In conjunction with the Department of Technology, the Mayor’s Office of Civic Innovation, and the Department of Digital Services, MOHCD launched the DAHLIA Housing Portal (“DAHLIA” or “Housing Portal” - see housing.sfgov.org), a one-stop resource to search and apply for San Francisco affordable housing. DAHLIA features a custom web app with APIs to a custom Salesforce build. As MOHCD iteratively grows the service and expand its Salesforce data model to migrate almost all of its data into the same instance, it seeks support from an experienced custom-development Salesforce consultant, with particular strength in data model and custom solution development.
MOHCD seeks responses from qualified firms (each Proposer must demonstrate that it meets the Minimum Qualifications described in Section VII of the RFP to be considered for evaluation) demonstrating successful experience in developing Salesforce custom solutions using Agile processes. As such, the parties will work in short, regular intervals (“Sprints”), each typically two weeks long and will deliver a working product at the end of each Sprint.

How to apply
Prior to the Proposal submission deadline, Proposers must email their complete Proposals to the Contract Administrator whose name and contact information appears on the cover page of the Solicitation. Late submissions will not be considered. Each original Proposal received will be screened to ensure that all content required by this Solicitation is included. Partial or complete omission of any required content may disqualify Proposals from further consideration. Late Proposal submissions will not be considered and failure to adhere to the above requirements may result in the complete rejection of your Proposal.
