For eligible San Francisco educators

Educators-DALP helps financially-eligible educators buy a home in San Francisco. It is a downpayment loan up to $375,000, to bid on a property on San Francisco's open market. The loan is used on the downpayment of a single unit that will become a primary residence.

It is a silent second loan that requires no monthly payments for 30 years, or until the property is sold. Repayment of the loan will includes the principal amount, plus an equitable share of appreciation of the property.
