MOHCD endorsement for insurance claims
For MOHCD program homeowners
If you used MOHCD's help to buy your home, your home insurance policy should include MOHCD as an "additional insured" or "loss payee" on the declarations page. It is one of the requirements we check during homeowner compliance monitoring.
If you file an insurance claim, you will need MOHCD's endorsement. MOHCD is named on the insurance proceeds check, as lienholders on your home.
