Affordable rental housing for seniors
MOHCD helped build affordable housing especially for low-income residents over 62. Each property has its own waiting list and application process. Contact each office directly for information about unit availability, rents and income limits.

MOHCD sometimes has listings for seniors on DAHLIA, the online rental application portal. Otherwise, you can apply for general rental housing.
