A.  REQUEST FOR FUNDS FOR EXISTING AFFORDABLE HOUSING:

 

      1.    68 Sixth Street (Shree Ganeshai Hotel)

              Up to $30,000 under the SRO Hotel Rehabilitation Loan Program

              Rehabilitation of 32 SRO units for low-income individuals

              68 6th Street LLC

 

B.  REQUEST FOR LOAN MODIFICATION: 

 

  1. (Mission Street Senior Housing)

Amendment of existing $2,033,174 Prop A financing to convert $190,000 bridge portionto permanent financing

      New Construction of 37 units of rental housing for very low-income seniors

Housing Services Affiliate of the Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center (HAS) and                                          Mission Housing Development Corporation (MHDC)

 

  1. REQUEST FOR FUNDS UNDER THE Supportive Housing for Chronically        Homeless Individuals and Families NOFA:

 

1.   684 Ellis Street (Hotel Essex)

$3,465,750 in CDBG financing for acquisition

      Rehabilitation of 84 units of supportive housing for chronically homeless individuals

      Mercy Housing California (MHC)

 

$1,855,463 in SFRA Tax Increment and HOME financing for acquisition and first year predevelopment

New construction of 81 units of supportive housing homeless families and individuals

           Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC)

 

D.  REQUEST FOR FUNDS FOR NEW AFFORDABLE HOUSING:

     

      1.   420 Berry Street (Block N5 – Mission Bay )

            $5,600,000 in Tax Increment financing

            New construction of 236 affordable units
