A.  HOPWA Program:

 

  1. Request for $812,500 in HOPWA funds to the San Francisco Housing Authority for the continued administration of the HOPWA deep subsidy program for an additional three months through September 30, 2005.

 

  1.     Request for $65,000 in HOPWA funds to Catholic Charities CYO for the continued administration of the HOPWA deep subsidy program for an additional three            months through September 30, 2005.

 

B.  REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR NEW AFFORDABLE HOUSING:

 

      1.    1250 – 1252 Haight St. (Haight Street Senior Housing)

             $4,005,740 in HOME funds for gap financing 

Construction of 40 units of housing for low-income seniors within the shell of a former church

Citizens Housing Corporation (dba Haight Street Senior Housing, Inc.)

 

2.    4800 Third St. (Bay Oaks Condominiums)

$453,500 in City-wide tax increment funds

New construction of 18 units of affordable, for-sale condominiums for families

San Francisco Housing Development Corporation

 

C.  REQUEST FOR FUNDS FOR NEW AFFORDABLE HOUSING:

 

1.    330 & 335 Berry St. (Block N4, Parcel 2 & Block N4a, Parcel 2)

       $2,450,701 in CalHFA HELP funds for predevelopment financing

New construction of 131 units of affordable, for-sale housing for workforce families                        BRIDGE Housing Corporation
