(a) Broadway/Sansome Site: Staff will present for Committee review, discussion and possible action data pertaining to the suitability of the site for priority uses under the Surplus City Property Ordinance including the current use, zoning, environmental and historic review issues, neighborhood amenities and other related issues.
(b) 150 Otis Street Site: Staff will present for Committee review, discussion and possible action data pertaining to the suitability of the site for priority uses under the Surplus City Property Ordinance including the current use, zoning, environmental and historic review issues, neighborhood amenities and other related issues.
(c) 155 & 165 Grove Street Sites: Staff will present for Committee review, discussion and possible action data pertaining to the suitability of the sites for priority uses under the Surplus City Property Ordinance including the current use, zoning, environmental and historic review issues, neighborhood amenities and other related issues
(d) Summary of 2003 Surplus Property Report – (Continued from 11/3/04 Meeting) Informational presentation, no action. Staff will present the results of the initial Surplus Property Report and describe the process that led to the jurisdictional transfer of certain properties listed in that Report to MOH for consideration of their suitability for use in accordance with the priorities of the Surplus Property Ordinance.
(e) Proposed Program Implementation Schedule – (Continued from 11/3/04 Meeting) Discussion and possible action. Staff will present for Committee review, comment, and possible adoption a proposed Draft program implementation schedule outlining how Committee responsibilities under the Ordinance will be carried out.

6. Public Comment: At this time, members of the public may address the Citizens Advisory Committee on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee but do not appear on the agenda. With respect to agenda items, the public will be given an opportunity to address the Committee when the item is reached in the meeting. Each member of the public may address the Committee for up to three minutes, unless an extension of time is granted by the presiding Committee President or Vice President.
To facilitate timely public comment, those wishing to address the Committee should fill out a “speakers card” provided by the Committee Secretary and submit the completed card to the Secretary at any time during the meeting.
The Brown Act forbids a Committee from taking action or discussing any item not appearing on the posted agenda, including those items raised at Public Comment. In response to public comment on an item that is not on the agenda, the Committee is limited to:
briefly responding to statements made or questions posed by members of the public, or
requesting staff to report back on a matter at a subsequent meeting, or
directing staff to place the item on a future agenda. (Government Code Section 54954.2(a).)

CELL PHONE AND/OR SOUND-PRODUCING ELECTRONIC DEVICE USAGE AT HEARINGS
Effective January 21, 2001, the Board of Supervisors amended the Sunshine Ordinance by adding the following provision: The ringing of and use of cells phones, pagers and similar sound-producing electronic devices are prohibited at this meeting. Please be advised that the Chair may order the removal from the meeting room of any person(s) responsible for the ringing or use of a cell phone, pager, or other similar sound-producing electronic devices (67A.1 Prohibiting the use of cell phone, pager, or other similar sound-producing electronic devices at and during public meetings).
