(a) Staff will present data pertaining to the suitability for priority uses under the Surplus City Property Ordinance and will include disposition recommendations for the following sites:
(v) Wilde Avenue @ Alpha
(vi) Lawton & 20th Avenue
(b) Informational Presentation: Staff will present the basics of planning and developing affordable housing in San Francisco, including key components of the development process and the financing of affordable housing.

At this time, members of the public may address the Citizens Advisory Committee on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee but do not appear on the agenda. With respect to agenda items, the public will be given an opportunity to address the Committee when the item is reached in the meeting. Each member of the public may address the Committee for up to three minutes, unless an extension of time is granted by the presiding Committee Chair or Vice Chair.
To facilitate timely public comment, those wishing to address the Committee should fill out a “speakers card” provided by the Committee Secretary and submit the completed card to the Secretary at any time during the meeting.
The Brown Act forbids a Committee from taking action or discussing any item not appearing on the posted agenda, including those items raised at Public Comment. In response to public comment on an item that is not on the agenda, the Committee is limited to:
briefly responding to statements made or questions posed by members of the public, or
requesting staff to report back on a matter at a subsequent meeting, or
directing staff to place the item on a future agenda. (Government Code Section 54954.2(a).)

CELL PHONE AND/OR SOUND-PRODUCING ELECTRONIC DEVICE USAGE AT HEARINGS
Effective January 21, 2001, the Board of Supervisors amended the Sunshine Ordinance by adding the following provision: The ringing of and use of cells phones, pagers and similar sound-producing electronic devices are prohibited at this meeting. Please be advised that the Chair may order the removal from the meeting room of any person(s) responsible for the ringing or use of a cell phone, pager, or other similar sound-producing electronic devices (67A.1 Prohibiting the use of cell phone, pager, or other similar sound-producing electronic devices at and during public meetings).

DISABILITY ACCESS
City Hall is wheelchair accessible. The closest accessible BART station is Civic Center, three blocks from City Hall. Accessible MUNI lines serving this location are: #42 Downtown Loop, and the #71 Haight/Noriega and the F Line to Market and Van Ness and the Metro stations at Van Ness and Market and at Civic Center.
