Annual Monitoring for MOHCD program owners
You can still live in your unit after your income increases. MOHCD has other requirements for homeowners who use City help to buy or keep their home.
For all programs, we'll ask for proof every year that everyone listed on the title lives at the home. You are not allowed to rent out your home on platforms like Airbnb. Be sure to read the manuals for your specific homebuyer program. We will ask for proof that all the rules are being followed.
