2020 Affordable Homeownership NOFA
The Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) announces the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) of up to $1,500,000 for a homeownership project that serves low to moderate-income families ("2020 Affordable Homeownership NOFA").
MOHCD will select proposals that show a clear ability to meet the goals below. Selected projects will:Â
- Efficiently and quickly produce high-quality and community-serving affordable homeownership opportunities through demonstrated Project Readiness.
- Maximize the benefit of the City’s subsidy dollars through demonstrated Cost-Effectiveness, whether via low-to-no land costs, use of efficient construction techniques and/or materials, or other identifiable cost-saving measures.
- Enhance the neighborhoods in which they are located through Excellent Design.
